If you would like Khitan Coop to delete your account and associated personal data, you may submit a request using the contact details below.
How to request deletion
Please send your request by email to noreply@khitan-coop.com from the email address linked to your account, or include enough details for us to identify your account safely.
Information to include
- your full name;
- your registered email address or phone number;
- your request to delete your account and personal data;
- any additional details that help us verify the account owner.
What happens next
For security, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. Once verified, we will review and process the deletion request within a reasonable period, subject to any legal or operational record-retention requirements.
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required to comply with applicable laws, tax obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or enforcement of legal rights.
