How Delivery Works
- Orders are prepared by Khitan Coop after payment confirmation (or COD confirmation where available).
- Delivery requests are sent to Armada Delivery for assignment and dispatch.
- You may receive delivery status updates as your order progresses.

Delivery coverage depends on Armada service availability by area. If your location is outside current coverage, checkout may be restricted or delayed until service is available.
Delivery Timing
- Estimated delivery time is shown during checkout when available.
- Actual timing may vary due to traffic, weather, public holidays, or high order volume.
- Please ensure your phone number and address details are accurate to avoid delays.
Delivery Fees
Applicable delivery fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you place the order.
Failed or Reattempted Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed (for example, unreachable contact or incorrect address), Armada may retry based on service policy. Additional charges may apply in some cases.
